PDP + FU

PDP + FU is a collaborative musical project between French musician PDP (short for "Pot De PlomB"), and American musician FU (short for "Flesh United"). Their music is primarily electronic with a heavy emphasis on techno and acid house.

PDP has been active in the French electronic music scene since the mid-2000s and has released multiple solo albums and EPs. He is known for his experimental and genre-bending approach to music, incorporating elements of industrial, noise, and ambient into his work.

FU, on the other hand, is a newer addition to the scene, having emerged in the early 2010s. He has developed a following for his high-energy live performances, which often include elements of noise and performance art.

The collaboration between PDP and FU resulted in their eponymous debut album, released in 2018. The album consists of nine tracks that range from driving techno to more atmospheric and experimental pieces.

Throughout the album, PDP's electronic manipulations provide a backdrop for FU's distorted vocals and driving beats. The resulting sound is dark, hypnotic, and at times unsettling.

PDP + FU's music is not for everyone, but fans of dark and intense electronic music will find much to enjoy in their collaboration.
